Refund policy

Returns:

  • All hardware and safety equipment is final sale.

    • This includes but is not limited to: harnesses, helmets, quickdraws, belay devices, anchor building supplies, carabiners, personal anchor systems and ropes.

  • Under certain circumstances, shoes and apparel may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email shop@truenorthclimbing.com to initiate a request.

    • In the event of an exchange/return being accepted, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

    • Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of $25.

    • True North Climbing is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable method (e.g. Canada post, FedEx or UPS) for all returns. 

    • We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are damaged during transit.

  • For returns to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

    • The item must have all original tags still attached

    • The item must be in unused (new) condition, with no signs of wear or tear (e.g. stains, covered in chalk, damaged rubber)

    • Packaging must be in original/new condition

    • Any items not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
