Can I return my order?

  • Certain items may be eligible for a return under specific circumstances. Please visit our Shipping & Returns section here(hyperlink shippping&returns page) for more information


Do you accept all credit cards?

  • We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD. A full list of card options is available at checkout.


Can I pay with my debit card?

  • Standard debit cards will not work at checkout. However debit cards associated with a credit card, such as VISA DEBIT or MASTERCARD DEBIT can be used. 


Can I use Apple/Google pay?

  • Yes, you can use Apple or Google pay upon checkout. Paypal and SHOP pay are also available.


When Will I get charged? 

  • Your payment method gets charged as soon as checkout is complete. If there are any issues after checkout, you can contact shop@truenorthclimbing.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. More information regarding shipping policies can be found under Shipping or Returns.
